What Happens When You Call
Step 1 — We listen. Tell us about your project or event: where, when, how many people, and what you're picturing. No forms, no hold music marathons — a specialist picks up and takes notes.
Step 2 — We recommend. Based on your headcount, duration, and site, we'll suggest the right mix of units — standard, deluxe, ADA, trailers, hand wash stations — and explain why. If a cheaper option does the job, we'll say so.
Step 3 — You get a number. A fast, free, exact quote: units, delivery, servicing, and pickup, all itemized verbally. No hidden fees, no "plus-plus" surprises later.
Step 4 — We lock the window. Accept the quote and we'll confirm your delivery date and time window, plus your servicing schedule for longer rentals.
Step 5 — We handle the rest. Delivery, placement, servicing, pickup. If anything changes mid-rental — headcount jumps, dates shift, a unit needs attention — one call adjusts it.

For weddings, festivals, and peak-season projects, calling 2–4 weeks out (further for luxury trailers) gets you the best selection of units and delivery windows. But even if your event is this weekend, call anyway — our routes often have room for last-minute additions.

Our business hours are Monday–Saturday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST and Sunday 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST. If you're dealing with an emergency outside those hours — storm damage, a sewer backup, an event-day crisis — call (833) 807-0714 anyway and leave a detailed message with your location and callback number. Urgent messages are prioritized first thing when routes reopen, and during major storm or disaster events we extend coverage.
