Quotes & Bookings
All quotes are provided by phone and are valid for the terms stated at the time of quoting. A rental is confirmed once you accept the quote and we confirm a delivery window.
Delivery & Access
You are responsible for providing suitable access for our delivery and service vehicles — reasonably level ground and clearance for truck access. Additional charges may apply if access conditions differ materially from what was described.
Use of Units
Units must be used as portable restrooms only. Do not dispose of hazardous materials, construction debris, or foreign objects in units. Damage beyond normal use may result in additional charges.
Servicing
Scheduled servicing is included as quoted. If our crews cannot access units at the scheduled time due to locked gates or blocked access, a return-trip fee may apply.
Cancellation
Contact us at (833) 807-0714 as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule; terms will be confirmed at booking.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are confirmed at booking. For most short-term rentals, payment is due before or at delivery; long-term and commercial accounts may be set up on invoiced terms subject to credit approval. All quotes are provided verbally by phone and confirmed with your delivery window.
Delivery Windows
We commit to delivery windows — not exact times — because routing, traffic, and site conditions vary. Same-day and next-day delivery is offered whenever fleet and routing allow, and we will always give you a straight answer about feasibility when you call. If we cannot meet a committed window, we will notify you as early as possible and rebook at your convenience.
Site Requirements
Please ensure the placement area is reasonably level, free of overhead obstructions, and accessible to our service vehicles (typically a truck and trailer). Tell us about gates, codes, restricted hours, soft ground, or steep grades when you book so we arrive prepared. If conditions on site differ materially from what was described and prevent delivery or servicing, a return-trip fee may apply.
Prohibited Uses
Units are for human sanitation use only. Do not dispose of hazardous materials, chemicals, paint, construction debris, grease, or foreign objects in units or holding tanks. Do not move units after placement — repositioning requires our equipment and can damage the unit. Violations may result in additional cleaning, repair, or disposal charges.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Portable Toilet Supplier LLC harmless from claims arising from misuse of the units, site conditions within your control, or violations of these terms.
Governing Law & Severability
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where the rental is delivered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your booking governs your rental. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental at issue.
